Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the SAB TOOLS website. By placing an order, creating an account, or using the website, you agree to these terms.

Business Identity

SAB TOOLS is the public-facing brand of Sharpass Blades LLC. Orders, services, payments, and customer relationships are provided by Sharpass Blades LLC.

Orders and Payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed.
  • Applicable sales tax is collected at checkout.
  • An order is not final until payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued.
  • SAB may cancel or decline an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, service limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Product and Service Availability

Products, models, sizes, and service availability may change. Product images and colors may vary slightly by screen, production run, or lighting. SAB may substitute a comparable Workhorse model only when necessary and after communicating with the customer.

Professional Use and Results

Sharpening and repair results depend on the condition, construction, prior service history, and remaining usable material of each shear. SAB does not guarantee that every damaged, altered, excessively worn, or previously mis-serviced shear can be fully restored.

Website Use

  • You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use SAB content without permission.
  • SAB names, logos, product names, photographs, text, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sharpass Blades LLC and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAB is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, shipping delay, service interruption, or product use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

SAB may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
